Brandi L. McLaughlin, a top Philadelphia Criminal Defense Attorney has been practicing in the areas of Criminal Law and Family Law for close to two decades. She has earned her reputation as an accomplished litigator in both the state and federal court systems.

A graduate of Boston College and Temple University’s Beasley School of Law, Ms. McLaughlin began her career as a trial attorney at the Defender Association of Philadelphia.

After leaving the Defender Association, Ms. McLaughlin launched a successful solo practice where she has been able to combine her talents as a trial attorney with her skills as a negotiator to deliver results for her clients. Ms. McLaughlin tailors her representation in a manner that best meets each of her clients needs. She is committed to providing the highest quality of representation to all of her clients.

Ms. McLaughlin is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and the U.S. Virgin Islands. She has tried cases throughout the state of Pennsylvania and has argued appeals before the State Appellate Courts as well as the United States Third Circuit Court of Appeals.

Ms. McLaughlin has been an Adjunct Professor for ten years at Temple University in the Criminal Justice Department.
